Return & Refund Policy
At Memory Haus Canada, we want you to love your order. Because we offer both personalized products and ready-made designs, our return policy varies depending on the product purchased.
Personalized Products
All personalized items, including custom photo magnets, are made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect photos, spelling, or information submitted by the customer
- Ordering the wrong size or quantity
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Ready-Made Products
Our ready-made magnets (including saying, graphic, and non-personalized designs) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at memoryhauscanada@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If the issue is due to our error or shipping damage, we will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
